SEEDS (Supervisor Employee Engagement Development Seminar) and CAST (Career Advisor Success Training) are 90 minute seminars designed to maximize School at Work outcomes. CAST creates a career advising team and increases mentor involvement. SEEDS helps students’ supervisors brush up on coaching skills and provides them a comprehensive overview of SAW.
