EMPLOYEE
The typical SAW student
  • Is 25-50 years old
  • Has a high school diploma or GED
  • Works in admissions, dietary, environmental service, housekeeping, or as a nurse's aide
  • Spends 1.5 hours per week in class and 2 hours per week self-study
  • COACH
  • Serves as project manager, facilitates instruction, and encourages students
  • Usually employed in Recruiting, Education, or Human Resources
