Coach Profile
A SAW Coach is anyone with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate. Coaches share a mutual ambition: helping others. It begins there; the SAW Client Relations team then provides the know-how.
Commonly pulled from the ranks of the hospital's human resources, education, and public relations departments, professional titles might include Department Secretary, LPN, Human Resources Director, and Education Coordinator. The SAW coach does not need to be a subject matter expert. The SAW team provides all the tools needed for a successful coach. The main role is to be a positive, encouraging, and organized leader. It is the coach's responsibility to coordinate DVD and online class sessions and to communicate with the department managers for scheduling.
