Throughout the SAW Session, the Client Relation Coordinators will share stories of how others maximized their SAW investment and will advise you on how to achieve dramatic results within your organization.

Learning Management System

In 2008, CLC introduced an upgrade to the existing Learning Management System (LMS).  This powerful tool administers the SAW courses and is what Coaches use to coordinate employee professional development.  

The LMS also houses the CLP Center.  The CLP Center is an online resource that provides a career interest survey, healthcare career research, and a printable resume.  It serves SAW students who need help with their next career steps. 
The CLP Center guides career research and development within the organization.  Coaches utilize it to take advantage of added functionality; the center provides editable and printable versions of the student’s work.  In addition, this resource has several tools that enhance the career exploration process:  an extensive Career Interest Survey helps identify career paths; a Research area provides access to a jobs database that includes videos and crucial information such as compensation and education requirements; professional development tools augment the job shadowing and interviewing experience; expanded Resume Builder functionality helps ensure students are armed with a professional-looking document that will attract the attention of hiring managers.
