School at Work is used to strengthen workforce pipelines by increasing the number of internal promotions, especially into nursing and allied health positions. SAW also serves as a “bridge” to college enrollment; 33% of SAW students enroll in continuing education within 90 days of completing the program.

The two-pillar School at Work program also provides participants with a customized Career and Learning plan, along with modules on Life Management Skills.
